Vikas Gaba is a Partner with the Power & Utilities practice at KPMG in India.
He has over 16 years of experience working across the South Asia region, on projects with leading donor agencies, public and private sector entities on range of issues in the power sector.
He has worked extensively on policy & regulatory reforms, utility process improvement, smart grids, corporate planning & governance processes, institutional capacity development and people management etc.
Currently, he is anchoring two large reform programs – USAID’s SPARC (Smart Power for Advancing Reliability and Connectivity) Program focused at performance improvement in power distribution, and DFID’s Power Sector Reforms Programme focused at supporting structural reforms in the power sector.
He is a Master’s in Business Economics and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.
