Poster Session Participation Opportunity
“World Utility Summit™, WUS-2020”, co-located with the ELECRAMA 2020, is scheduled from 20th to 21st January, 2020 at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR.
The theme of the World Utility Summit, WUS 2020 is "Utility Next". There is an immediate need for utilities to evaluate how the provision and consumption of energy service would happen in future.
In WUS-2020, one of its own kind, we bring to all participating Power Utilities(both public and private)an opportunity to showcase best practices or unique achievements through Poster Sessions.
Themes for the posters shall be

• Grid Transformation – Renewable Energy and Electric Vehicles
• Enabling Technologies – Digitalization and Cyber security
• Policy & Standards
• Energy Storage
B. Consumer engagement and innovative services

D. Employee and Consumer Safety
Format of Presentation
Your utility achievement could be described on a printed poster or by photographs, graphics and pieces of text that you attach to the presentation panel. Poster text should be only in English.
For printed posters, the standard poster size of 4*3 feet.
Minimum one of the utility representatives should register for the WUS-2020 and be present during the summit to present the poster content to summit delegates during breakout sessions. Posters will be on display at the summit venue on 20-21 January, 2020. Each utility can present only one poster.
All Poster Proposals are subject to approval by WUS Core Committee.
It is important that applicants describe in their abstract how they intend to present the utility achievements in the poster format – what kind of visual materials they will use, for example, photographs, data samples, graphs, etc. and how these illustrate the utility achievements or best practices. The poster has to be an experience in itself for the one who looks at it – and should show awareness of the format of a poster-session and its purpose to engage the viewer in conversation.
Special consideration will be given to ensure that a variety of topics and geographical/cultural range will be represented.
The deadline is 15th December 2019. After the deadline applications will no longer be accepted.
Note - Posters may be submitted either as a soft copy (as a CDR file) or hard copy.
